Deeksha ~ Oneness Blessing
Deeksha is the transmission of Divine Energy through the hands or eyes with the intention of restoring the state of ‘Oneness’, also known as Awakening and Enlightenment. This is usually a gradual process which unfolds on 3 levels:
- Oneness first of all within ourselves – integrating the fragmented aspects of our minds so that we can begin to live from a place of wholeness within ourselves. The left and right hemispheres of the brain come into balance, the mind chatter quietens and the heart finds a stillness to open and blossom.
- Oneness and harmony in our relationships with others, with nature and ‘all our relations’. We begin to set right our relationships as the Blessing enables us to change our perspective and frees us from limiting beliefs and old patterns of behaviour.
- Oneness with the Divine – where we can awaken to experience ourselves – and all of life – as part of God.
The Oneness Blessing is an Intelligent energy which knows better than we do what is needed in a situation to restore true perception and light where there is currently suffering or pain.
Laura is an initiated Oneness Blessing ~ Deeksha Giver. She received her first Oneness Blessing in 2007 and it has transformed her life, bringing an end to decades of searching and bestowing a sense of deep peace, joy, faith and an enduring experience of ‘love for no reason’.
Compassionate Coaching NLP
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) uses the power of language to uncover the beliefs which shape our lives and behaviour patterns. Combined with the spiritual principles of “A Course In Miracles” Compassionate Coaching provides a gentle and highly effective means to:
- uncover the root of any problem,
- understand the (often well hidden) higher purpose for the problem
- open to receive the soul-level gifts which the issue was obscuring
- allows the client to move forward again with more confidence and self-awareness.
Being anchored in an approach which is inherently kind and heart-centred clients find a safe place to release the presenting problem in a safe, non-judgmental space and access greater acceptance and love for themselves.

Psychology of Vision
An evolutionary healing model blending Psychology and Sprituality developed by Dr Chuck Spezzano and his wife Lency over 35 years of counselling and workshop facilitation. The focus is on Relationship and Visionary Leadership and healing the blocks to creating a joyful, peaceful and fulfilling life. It is a ‘path of the heart’ on which many people have moved out of chronic problems and areas of suffering, reclaimed their true power and opened to deeper levels of Awakening. The spiritual principles of the model are based on The Course In Miracles.
Laura is a Graduate of the Psychology of Vision 100 Day Training Programme and has participated in over 200 days of training including her 30 days of Apprenticeship with Chuck Spezzano since 1998.
Face and Soul Reading

Reiki
Restore harmony and vitality to mind, body and spirit
Reiki is a method of hands-on healing and works by channelling universal energies through Reiki Master to client. A treatment will restore harmony and peace to the body and mind. It can be used to alleviate stress in today’s fast paced world and clear the bodies chakras (energy centres), removing ’stuck’ energy before it manifests as dis-ease. Combined with intuitive guidance it can be an effective means of raising consciousness and helping one move through transitions with ease for a more fulfilling life. Reiki compliments other alternative therapies and can help to speed up recovery where traditional medicines are being used.

Hyperton-X
Mind-Body Integration
Hyperton-X is a gentle way of working with muscles to release pain and tension being held in the body. It is a powerful, yet simple method of bodywork which helps to reverse effects from physical or emotional trauma for a greater sense of peace and wellbeing.
Combined with Neurolinguistic Programming and Reiki we can journey to the core issue underlying chronic pain and connect to your own body wisdom. Once we have understood the body’s message under the physical pain it becomes possible to release it with compassion — and let go of the physical discomfort.
